A past client once said I changed her life.
And while I completely understand what she meant, I actually disagree.
Because she changed her life.
And I want to talk about this because this matters more than most people realise.
There’s this belief that when you invest in support, the coach is the one who “does the transformation”.
That somehow the clarity, the confidence, the results, come from them.
But that’s not actually how transformation works.
A coach doesn’t step into your life and magically fix everything.
What we do is hold space.
We guide.
We reflect back the things you can’t quite see yet.
We help you notice the patterns, the thoughts, the beliefs that are keeping you stuck.
We ask the questions you’ve been avoiding.
We help you slow down long enough to actually hear yourself again.
But the change?
That comes from you.
The client who said this to me ↓
She showed up.
Even when life felt full.
Even when she felt unsure.
Even when she didn’t feel “ready”.
She did the work.
She made decisions.
She backed herself.
She chose differently, again and again.
And those small, consistent shifts?
They compound.
They create clarity.
They build confidence.
They lead to results.
This is the part I care deeply about you understanding.
You don’t need to be fixed.
You’re not broken.
You’re not behind.
You’re not missing some magical piece that everyone else seems to have.
What’s usually happening is this:
You’re overwhelmed.
You’re in your head.
You’re second guessing yourself.
You’re trying to follow someone else’s version of success while quietly craving something different.
And in all of that noise, you’ve lost connection with yourself.
The work isn’t about becoming someone completely different.
It’s about returning to yourself.
Stripping back the “shoulds”.
Letting go of the pressure to do it the “right” way.
Rebuilding self trust.
Creating clarity that actually reflects your life – your priorities, your capacity, your values.
And then?
Backing yourself to move forward from that place.
Not perfectly.
Not all at once.
But consistently.
If you work with me, I won’t hand you a cookie-cutter plan.
I won’t tell you “just do this” and send you on your way.
I’ll walk beside you.
I’ll hold you through the wobbly moments.
I’ll challenge you when you’re playing small.
I’ll reflect your power back to you when you’ve forgotten it.
I’ll help you simplify the noise so you can actually move forward.
But I won’t do the work for you.
Because I can’t.
And honestly?
You wouldn’t want me to.
Because the reason my clients get results isn’t because I change their lives, it’s because I help them see that they can.
Be really honest with yourself here.
Where in your life or business are you waiting for something outside of you to change, instead of trusting yourself to make the move?
Where are you holding back because you’re not 100% certain?
Where are you looking for permission, when deep down you already know what you want?
And the bigger question, what would shift if you decided to back yourself today?
Because it’s not about finding the perfect strategy.
It’s not about having everything figured out.
It’s about choosing to trust yourself and moving anyway.
That’s where everything starts.
