Each week I do a Weekly Reset to allow for an organised week ahead. Here’s what it looks like 👇🏻
👩🏻🍳 Meal plan + prep
- Plan meals for the week.
- Make a grocery list and order via Click + Collect (so much quicker + easier)
- Prepare + chop ingredients or even cook meals in advance.
💭 Audit last week
- Reflect on the past week’s achievements + challenges.
- Journal any thoughts, feelings, or insights.
- Celebrate my wins, no matter how small.
✨ Set intention + goal
- Set a clear intention for the week.
- Write down my top 3 priorities for both life + business.
🗓️ Review schedule
- Review and update my calendar.
- Plan out my tasks + projects (if not already scheduled)
- Review family activities + commitments.
- Coordinate schedules with hubby.
