I wanted to take a moment to share something personal with you, as it really drove home the importance of health, time, and connection for me.
Last week, I unexpectedly had to fly to Brisbane to visit my best friend, who recently underwent a major lifesaving surgery. I also took the opportunity to spend some child-free time with my husband. Being able to just be with my loved ones during such an important time reminded me of how precious our health is – it truly is wealth.
It also made me reflect on how important it is to intentionally spend our time on what matters most to us- our families, our well-being, and those deep connections that fill our cup.
Here’s the thing, I managed to take this time off without stress, and I want to share with you how I did it, just in case you ever find yourself needing a break and want to make sure your business still runs smoothly:
All of this allowed me to truly enjoy my break, fully present with my bestie and hubby, without any looming business stress.
The biggest takeaway from this experience is how vital it is to intentionally create space in our lives for the things and people that matter most. Health is our greatest asset, but so is the time we have to nurture what fills our heart.
If this resonates with you and you’re feeling like life has been a constant juggle, I encourage you to take a step back and look at how you’re spending your time. Make room for what matters most, because that’s where true success lies.
Take care, and remember to make time for you.
