When we started our businesses, we weren’t chasing endless stress, burnout or overwhelm. We wanted freedom, impact and the ability to build something that worked for us, not the other way around.
But somewhere along the way, the online space has fed us this idea that success has to come with struggle. That if we’re not pushing, stretching and sacrificing 24/7, we must not really want it enough.
I’m calling BS on that.
Today, I’m pulling back the curtain on 75 Uplevel my version of growth that actually supports your whole life, not just your business. Plus, I’ll be sharing my biggest personal level up yet and what it means for this next season of my business.
If you’re feeling that pull to step into your next level but you’re done with the burnout cycle, you’re in the right place.
Before I dive into 75 Uplevel, let’s talk about the challenge that inspired the name 75 Hard.
75 Hard was created by Andy Frisella as a mental toughness challenge, designed to build discipline, resilience and an unbreakable mindset. It’s a 75 day challenge with strict daily rules:
✔ Follow a strict diet – no cheat meals, no alcohol
✔ Two workouts per day – one must be outdoors, each lasting at least 45 minutes
✔ Drink 1 gallon (3.8ltr) of water daily
✔ Read 10 pages of a non fiction book (self improvement focused)
✔ Take a progress photo every day
And if you miss a single day? You start over at Day 1.
While I respect the discipline it takes, the all or nothing approach doesn’t leave room for real life. As a business owner, a mum, and someone who juggles a million things, I know first hand that sustainable success is what actually moves the needle.
Which is why I created 75 Uplevel.
I love the idea of pushing yourself and stepping into your next level but lasting transformation has to be sustainable.
So, I designed 75 Uplevel a life aligned approach to building better habits. This isn’t about punishment or restriction. It’s about supporting yourself in becoming the best version of you.
Here’s what it looks like:
✔ 10,000 steps daily – Because movement matters, but we don’t need to kill ourselves in the gym to feel good in our bodies.
✔ Drink 1 litre of water – Hydration = better energy, better focus, better everything.
✔ 30 minute workout (Monday-Friday) – Move your body in a way that feels good. No rules. No pressure. Just movement.
✔ Read 10 pages of a book – Because learning and growth are everything.
✔ Bedtime by 10pm – Rest is not a luxury, it’s a necessity.
✔ Daily meditation – Five minutes, ten minutes, whatever you can do. Because a regulated nervous system is a game changer.
✔ Eat breakfast every day – Fuel your body, fuel your mind.
See the difference? No extremes. No guilt. No “I missed a day so I failed” energy. Just simple, doable habits that support you in stepping into the next level version of yourself, without burning out in the process.
Because that is what true upleveling looks like.
For me, this next season isn’t just about tweaking habits or making small shifts. It’s about stepping into the business owner, leader and woman I know I’m here to be.
I’ve spent the last few months refining my offers, my niche and my messaging, and I’m so clear on the impact I’m here to create. And part of that means making bold moves, even when they feel scary.
✨ It means getting my podcast in front of way more people, because these conversations matter.
✨ It means expanding my mastermind, filling it with women who are ready to step into more freedom, more ease and more of what actually makes them happy.
✨ It means prioritising financial growth, not because money is everything, but because it’s a tool that gives me (and my family) more choice, more security, and more options.
✨ And it means showing up differently – as the version of me who is already doing the damn thing.
Because here’s the truth: Every time I’ve really upleveled, it wasn’t because I worked harder. It was because I decided.
✔ I decided to raise my standards
✔ I decided to stop waiting
✔ I decided to step into the next version of myself before I felt ready
And if you’re reading this right now, I want you to know, you can make that decision too.
So here’s my question for you:
🔥 What’s one thing you can do today to step into your next level?
Maybe it’s implementing a new habit. Maybe it’s setting a boundary. Maybe it’s finally launching the offer you’ve been sitting on for months.
Whatever it is, decide today. Because your next level? It’s waiting for you to claim it.
