It’s Monday morning.
The coffee’s brewing (or tea), your inbox is full and your brain is already jumping ahead to everything that needs to get done.
Sound familiar?
Before you dive into the chaos, I want to invite you to pause.
Take a breath.
And ask yourself one powerful question:
→ What’s my intention for this week?
Every Monday, inside the Life Aligned Business® Mastermind and my 1:1 coaching containers, I guide my clients through this same reflection.
Because most women in business don’t struggle with ambition or drive.
They struggle with direction.
Without a clear intention, your week can easily become a rinse + repeat cycle of doing all the things but not really moving forward. You stay busy but you’re not intentional. You’re taking action but not necessarily aligned action.
An intention acts like your inner compass.
It helps you make decisions faster, manage your energy better and move toward what actually matters instead of what’s simply demanding your attention.
Setting an intention isn’t about adding another task to your list.
It’s about creating clarity and focus for your energy.
It could look like:
Your intention becomes the thread that ties your actions together.
When you get pulled off course which life will do, you can return to that intention and realign quickly.
When you lead your week with intention, everything changes.
✨ You create momentum because you know where your focus lies.
✨ You make decisions that align with your bigger goals (and say no to what doesn’t).
✨ You finish the week with clarity and pride because you stayed true to what mattered.
And the best part?
It doesn’t require a massive overhaul of your systems or schedule.
It just requires awareness and a few mindful minutes every Monday.
1. Pause before diving into your inbox or planner.
2. Reflect on what matters most right now in your business and life.
3. Choose one clear focus or feeling for the week ahead.
4. Write it down somewhere you’ll see it daily (planner, whiteboard, phone wallpaper, whatever works).
5. Check in on Friday Did your week align with your intention? What shifted? What did you learn?
This is how you create momentum that lasts.
Not through more doing but through more being intentional with what you do.
If you find yourself starting each week with the best of intentions but struggling to stay focused, you’re not alone.
Most women I work with are juggling business, family, and life and their attention is constantly pulled in a hundred directions.
That’s why inside the Life Aligned Business® Mastermind, we don’t just talk about mindset and strategy, we create rhythms and accountability that help you stay consistent, week after week.
Because clarity and consistency don’t happen by chance, they happen by intention.
So, before you scroll away, ask yourself this one question again:
💭 What’s my intention for this week?
Write it down. Say it out loud. Share it with me if you’d like, I’d love to hold that intention with you.
And if you’re ready for deeper support, structure, and accountability to move from rinse + repeat to aligned, purposeful growth, come join us inside the Life Aligned Business® Mastermind.
